“My husband and I recently stayed at Room Mate Oscar for 4 days. We found it to be above our expectations. It was roomy, spotlessly clean, up to date, and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfasts were satisfying with good coffee. We enjoyed many conversations with other guests in the mornings. Tram 17 was a short walk away, and we used it often to get to the train station for day trips and other excursions around the area. Puerto del Sol was a short walk down the block from the hotel. We ate at its restaurant and enjoyed the beer garden and the cool autumn weather. We will definitely stay there again. There are plans to put in an elevator during the next year for those who have trouble with stairs.”

While allowing you easy access to the general transport routes of the Madrid city, the beneficial location of the Room Mate Oscar which is in Plaza de Vazquez de Mella hotel also makes you want to wander neighborhood just for a nice stroll. Gran Via Street, Fuencarral street, Barquillo street in the centre of Chueca district – every main city route is within reach. It is in a few walking minutes from the museums of Prado, Reina Sofia and Thussen Bornemisza. Our 75 rooms that can be standard, executive, junior suites and suites, cultivate a modern and nicely stylized luxury which combines comfort and sophisticated atmosphere.
