“This hotel was intended as a one night splurge after our cruise. It did not disappoint. I had been sick on the cruise so we asked for a room with two toilets. They upgraded us to a fabulous suite. The service was attentive, especially because the elevators were both under repair and we had to use the service elevator. We were there on a Sunday, and nothing is open. There was no soup to be found within a 7 block radius of the hotel. So the hotel made up chicken soup for me! While it was pricey, it hit the spot. If you like a hotel with an old world atmosphere, great service, and can afford the prices, this is the place to stay! All that and free internet too!”

Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When you stay goes into another week, another weekly rate is charged. Many guests staying less than a week still find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon check in even if the rooom is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at check out pending no damages or owed charges. Front Desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours check in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment.
