“From the moment of check in, the entire staff were always welcoming. From the doormen, to front desk staff, and even staff you passed in the hallways. They even remembered me by name! I loved the decor of the hotel, which made it feel like a trendy, boutique hotel even though it is run by a large chain. Everything was pristinely clean. The bathroom was great and had an excellent shower. The bed was AMAZING. We barely took the subway since this hotel is located so central to everything and we enjoyed seeing as much of the city as possible.”
