“We recently spent two weeks at Hotel Carlos V, the first with our two sons who are adults. We found the hotel to be excellent in all areas. A special mention goes to great staff in the restaurants who provide a superb service. The food was tremendous especially the chef's recommendations and the brilliant gala dinner which happens every Sunday. We will definitely be back to this wonderful hotel as it is without doubt the finest hotel we have ever stayed in.”
