“The staff of the hotel was so friendly, helpful and professional. They made you feel welcome at all times. The bed in the room was the comfiest we have ever slept in. The shower was amazing and the room was kept immaculate. There was complimentary wireless connection and printer, which was ideal for booking tickets and events while in NY. The breakfast was tasty and plentyful.”
