“We would definitely like to come back to visit Condo Hotel El Patio. Their unique concept separates your sleeping quarters from your lounging quarters- that's right, 2 rooms! One room offers an excellent wall garden view (completely private but lots of light) and the sala has a second TV, couch and mini- balcony. We had a wonderful view from our sala but it still didn't compare to the amazing view of the rooftop terrace.My husband's favorite part was the free buffet. They don't serve full meals but rather light snacks, drinks, and coffee. The staff was friendly and engaged in a conversation about Barcelona and even other cities on our route. Wonderful location but not on a busy street- you may want to email/call the hotel for directions.”

El Patio Condo Hotel is located in Playa del Carmen's newest neighborhood.

It is quietly situated on the famous 5th Avenue at 26th Street, within walking distance to Playa's fabulous restaurants, entertainment that offer a range of choices from locally handcrafted items to upscale international boutiques.

It is just a few steps to one of the finest beaches in Playa del Carmen. Mamita?s Beach Club offers bar, restaurant, dive shop, water sports and lots of lounge chairs, where you can enjoy 50% off discount daily rentals

The architecture is a typical colonial style built with locally items, such as terracotta tiles, decorative Talavera Tiles and wrought iron railings. Each apartment has it own balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze.

The condominium has 11 apartments of different sizes, with one or two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The apartments are furnished with fridge, fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, microwave and blender), TV with cable, safe deposit box, ceiling fan and air conditioning.

Apartments are available for rent with a three-day minimum stay.

Smoking is permitted. Daily housekeeping is provided. No pets allowed. Airport transfer arrangements are available upon request.
