“We stayed at this hotel in Charlotte for 2 days then drove out of town for 3 days then returned for 3 more days, keeping most of our luggage stored at the hotel. The location was perfect, near Buck Baker Racing School and City Center. The staff spoke close to perfect English and were very helpful. The hotel had been recently renovated and we stayed both in a standard room, and later in a suite. Both rooms were clean, well laid out, roomy and despite the location, quiet! The beds were electric and both rooms had a spa bath. It was wonderful.”

The Duke Mansion Hotel is located in Charlotte, North Carolina in the midst of one of the city's most prestigious neighborhoods. Many city attractions including Replica of James K. Polk birthplace, Bank of America Tower, the UNC Charlotte's main campus, the Main Library in Uptown Charlotte, the Billy Graham Library and Birth Place, Bechtler Museum of Modern Art and Carolinas Aviation Museum, as well as Charlotte Trolley Museum, NASCAR Hall of Fame, and Discovery Place are within easy reach.

The venue is set in a completely renovated colonial revival mansion built in 1915, gracious estate made famous by its former owner James Buchanan Duke.

The property features the Grand Hall, the original marble floors and the beautiful gardens seen through the French doors. Each of our twenty unique guest rooms is a wonderful blend of southern charm and elegance with modern comfort and conveniences.
