“From when we arrived until we left the staff were very friendly and helpful, probably the best service we have received in any hotel. The rooms were excellent, as was the food. Lovely outside area around the good sized swimming pool with great views. The amenities were excellent with a shuttle bus running every hour into Ekaterinburg. Could not find fault with anything.”
