“ThIs is the second time we have stayed at this wonderful Hotel and we would not consider staying anywhere else. We had a wonderful comfortable room overlooking Jewish Museum of Thessaloniki. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was spotless. Breakfast lovely. Nice roof terrace.Towels changed regularly. Comfortable Beds. Quality TV. Everything we could wish for to make our stay a pleasant one. The Hotel really is an Oasis of Calm in this bustling city And "Thank You" Excelsior Hotel staff for changing our booking when our planned April Holiday was cancelled because of the Ash Cloud.”
