“The service provided was excellent right from check in where we were upgraded to a bigger room, A great start to the holiday. All further encounters with the front desk staff were good as all were very friendly and helpful. The room was great with a very comfortable bed. The TV was hugh and the pod coffee machine was very useful (it also made tea). Hotel and room was very clean and in a very good state of repair.”
