“My wife and I enjoyed this hotel from the moment of arrival. Because of a completely trivial computer error the desk clerk immediately upgraded our junior suite to a full suite. This sort of specialized and gracious customer service characterized our entire stay. Sumptuous surroundings and a quiet neighborhood made this a good choice for us. Adjoining restaurant with garden was a nice outdoor setting. Very attentive staff, easy walking distance to the major attractions, and a good restaurant recommendation added to our overall excellent gestalt.”

Located in the heart of Cozumel Island on the beautiful Caribbean Sea and in the heart of the world famous Palancar Reef. The only 4 Star Resort Hotel within walking distance of the Main Plaza. Cozumel Palace - All Inclusive is an ocean front property that offers some of the best snorkeling and scuba diving in the Caribbean. All the room accommodations are suites. The Hotel has a spectacular fresh water swimming pool and is a short distance to the shopping and restaurant areas. FREE KIDS SUMMER PROMOTION-Valid for all arrivals June 1 2009 thru August 22 2009 and June 1 2008 thru August 31 2008- Promotion is ONLY valid for children 12 yrs old and under and sharing a room with an adult- This promotion is limited to two 2 children per room - Children 13-17 yrs old still pay the child rate - Children ages MUST be notified in the reservation- Otherwise our reservations staff will not be able to code the reservation correctly- therefore billing you the incorrect amount- Proof of age will be required upon check-in - Ages reported for children must be accurate at time of travel- In the event- that the ages are incorrect the hotel will charge for the difference- In the heart of cozumel island on the beautiful caribbean sea.
