“I have traveled all over the world and this is by far the most incredible hotel I've ever stayed in. And at half the cost of some of the others! When I walked into my room, I gasped. It is as large as some city apartments! There is a full size lounge area with TV, kitchenette, sofa, etc. Then a rather long hallway connect the bathroom and then onto the bedroom. Plenty of room for multiple parties to relax while others watch tv. The bedroom- well, where to start- wonderful painted ceilings, large bed, another tv, huge closet, press for your trousers....the list goes on and on. You pick your breakfast items upon check-in along with the time you'd like to eat. You also then select whether you want to eat in the restaurant area or in your room free of charge. No really!! They can bring you fried eggs, croissants, the works. Loved it. Now onto the service. The ladies at the front desk went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I asked multiple questions about places I wanted to see and they were always more than willing to show me on a map with a smile. OK, so have I convinced you yet?? If not, its also a short walk to Santa Maria Novella on one side and the castle on the other. You deserve it!!! Enjoy. ;-)”
