“We spent a long weekend in Florence and booked a clublevel room, which is worth the extra Euros: wonderful breakfast and "snacks" for dinner: italian antipasti, different kinds of meat, excellent wine plus softdrinks all day long. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and are designed in a temporary style with all amenities you'd expect. The floor in the bathroom is heated, so are the mirrors. Plasma-TV in the bathroom. The beds and pillows are perfect. This is what I call heavenly. The staff were friendly with a "it will be my pleasure" attitude. Had lunch at the restaurant and enjoyed it. We will be back.”
