“We stayed at Relais Campanile before boarding a cruise the next day. It is in a perfect location, on a side street right off the center of San Lorenzo Basilica. The hotel was elegant, clean, and the rooms were well appointed. The service was excellent, from the front desk staff to the bellmen. We had a LOT of luggage, and it didn't bother them at all getting it up and down from our 2 rooms, and storing it while we toured around Florence. They even made sure we had a taxi/van to get us to the port. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.”
