“I had a one night stay at Oakwater as I was in the city for business meetings. It is in a great location a few blocks from Orlando Welcome Ctr and Splendid China. Check in was fast and there were free cupcakes to be had. Lobby is stylish. My room was huge and really well-arranged. The work station was excellent with mutliple outlets for plugging in and charging electronics and free wi-fi. Flat screen on the wall. Comfy bed. Large bathroom with high quality toiletries and great shower. It was very, very clean. This will be my go-to hotel whenever I am in the city, especially considering the very reasonable rate.”

At Oakwater, you are sure to find accommodations to suit your vacation needs. The residences range in size from 1,036 sq. ft. to 1,777 sq. ft. of living area and include a one-car garage. This contemporary themed resort community offers 5 distinctive designs, each well appointed with luxurious features. The clubhouse features a lagoon-style community pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts and a 4,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. Oakwater is a short drive to SeaWorld, Universal Studios, the Orlando Convention Center and local area attractions. Oakwater offers a family-friendly atmosphere and recreational activities to suit all ages. Each condo features a master suite with king or queen size bed, TV and a master bathroom. Each has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and formal dining area, TV, VCR or DVD player and a washer and dryer. Some condos are available with game rooms that include billiards, table tennis and air hockey along with play stations for kids.
