“We stayed here just before Christmas. There was a wonderful Christmas market right across the street which we really enjoyed. We received very good service. We were greeted promptly and courteously at the door, check in was quick and efficient and our luggage was brought to our room quickly. The concierge was very helpful. The room was beautiful, quiet (we faced the front) and well appointed. We found the lounge very nice. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which we found very cold. The food was good, but, not great. In the future, we will eat elsewhere.”
