“Hotel location was perfect right on Keller Graduate School of Mgmt..a few blocks from hop on hop off bus; fabulous shopping; fabulous food with recommendations from the staff at the front desk who - by the way - couldn't have been nicer. I would certaily stay with my family again. My only thought is this was not a cheap hotel...for three of us was 250 euros a night so it was pricey and there could have been more "bang for the buck"....for instance, free internet or a free bottle of water or a free discount for hop on hop off instead of charging us a few Euros a person. It's not a modestly priced hotel so i think there should have been a few more "perks."”

As we are excited about the Downtown Kansas City renovation and the upcoming opening of the Power and Light District, the 12th Street beautification process has begun. Guests unloading their vehicles at The Hotel Phillips may experience a bit of inconvenience due to this temporary traffic diversion. While the street directly in front of the hotel undergoes this improvement, the city will utilize our unloading area as a traffic lane. During this time, our valet will be happy to assist you with your unloading and parking just around the corner from the hotel, outside the entrance of 12 Baltimore, one of our on-site restaurants.
