“This lovely hotel was everything we hoped it would be after reading the glowing reviews. The central location was perfect for the 3 generations of our family travelling together. Our room was cozy and lovely. The tile floors, steam heat and scent free towels were appreciated byour allergy prone family. The breakfast and evening proseco were a nice bonus.”

Made out of an old farmhouse, the hotel faces the lake of San Cipriano at about 5 minutes by car from the railway station of San Giovanni Valdarno/ 30 from Florence and Arezzo/ 45 from Siena, between the green of Tuscany country, near Chianti and Pratomagno mountain. Open all year. It has 28 rooms-16 double/ 12 single with shower/ toilet/ hair-dryer/ TV color/ direct-dialing telephone/ and a comfortable living room with Bar and TV set. It offers its guests-walks along naturalistic mountain paths/ tennis ground/ and horse riding in the vicinities/ trekking/ mountain-bike/ private park/ cars and bus parking/ restaurant-a la carte at 400 mt/ in agreement with the hotel at 3800 mt.
