“This was my favorite hotel on a 2 week European vacation. I spent 2 nights here. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms are so comfortable I could easily have spent 2 weeks there. The avant-garde ideas often prove to be highly useful, like the giant map of Porto-Vecchio (Corsica) in the lobby...good for sussing out the day's activities with staff. The lobby's 24h buffet is an absolutely brilliant idea and will hopefully find its way into other establishments. The room also had excellent climate control.”

The locals will tell you the most beautiful beaches in Corsica are in Porto-Vecchio The stretch of fine sand next to the Grand Hotel de Cala Rossa proves it. A dream. This big white villa with its patios- arches and lounges is a real delight. It is also a place dedicated to pleasure- with a spa and an excellent menu. According to the chef Georges Billon- The talent doesnt come from me- but from this country. So let us thank the country for the deliciousness of his mushroom ravioli with lobster and cappuccino of ham Corsican ham of course. The property is closed for business during the year over the following dates- 03Jan09- 05Apr09
