“We stayed at Grand Mercure Hadleys Hotel before boarding a cruise the next day. It is in a perfect location, on a side street right off the center of Botanical Gardens. The hotel was elegant, clean, and the rooms were well appointed. The service was excellent, from the front desk staff to the bellmen. We had a LOT of luggage, and it didn't bother them at all getting it up and down from our 2 rooms, and storing it while we toured around Hobart. They even made sure we had a taxi/van to get us to the port. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

Originally constructed in 1834, this National Trust listed hotel is a unique place to stay. The fully restored 71 room hotel features an atrium style restaurant and bar, and also caters for conferences, dinner functions and weddings. Just 20 min from the airport and 5 min walk from the business and government centre of Hobart, Salamanca Markets, Constitution Dock and CBD shopping.
