“We really enjoyed our stay at Value Place Austin I during the week prior to Christmas. Upon the advice of other reviews, we stayed in 2 superior external rooms which were quite spacious & luxurious. The bathroom in the king size room was beautifully appointed but in the twin next door the tiles were a little dated. Location was perfect for exploring Austin.”

Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in call extension 500 and the safety attendant will be paged to assist guests. In accordance with City of Austin ordinance, this is a non-smoking property. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment.
