“We read the reviews and booked two apartments at Residence Inn Austin Northwest/arboretum. We were expecting a nice place with friendly staff and we got a great place with a magnificent host. The staff went out of his way to make us feel at home - he went above and beyond our expectations in helping us with things like finding a place to wash our clothes to making special arrangements for our parking needs. The apartments are large and modern, spotlessly clean and fully equiped for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone - there are many cheaper places to stay in Austin but this one is surely worth the price of admission - great value!”
