“My husband and I recently stayed at Value Place Memphis Ne for 4 days. We found it to be above our expectations. It was roomy, spotlessly clean, up to date, and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfasts were satisfying with good coffee. We enjoyed many conversations with other guests in the mornings. Tram 17 was a short walk away, and we used it often to get to the train station for day trips and other excursions around the area. Vatterott College was a short walk down the block from the hotel. We ate at its restaurant and enjoyed the beer garden and the cool autumn weather. We will definitely stay there again. There are plans to put in an elevator during the next year for those who have trouble with stairs.”

Hotel Value Place Memphis Ne - Descripción

Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment.
