“My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Value Place Hymeadow. The staff gave us a terrific welcome and a wonderful introduction to the city. His recommendations were extraordinarily helpful allowing us take full advantage of our four days--he sent us to very enjoyable restaurants and great art spots. The breakfasts were delicious and got us going for the entire day. The manager was always around if we had some quick questions about how to get somewhere. Our room was very pleasant and we appreciated the air conditioning. We very strongly recommend this as the place to stay in Austin and we would certainly go back there when we return!”

Hotel Value Place Hymeadow - Descripción

Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment.
