Quebecs' brilliantly fashioned red-brick building dates back to the Victorian era and has been stylishly refurbished into a gorgeous, polished boutique hotel. As a Grade II-listed building, the hotel has preserved its grand centerpiece - a magnificent, broad winding oak staircase, illuminated by five ornate, stained-glass windows. Lovingly restored Victorian oak furnishings, intricately handcrafted wood panelling, dramatic stained-glass windows and a crackling fire with sofas to sink into provide a perfectly luxurious retreat from the day.
