“This hotel is exactly what you'd expect. It is a bit pricy, but there is a reason for that: amazing location, incredible and personal customer service, beautiful rooms and a great night's sleep. We were treated royally all week, and always greeted with smiles. We had several questions, and they answered every one quickly and correctly. They also allowed us to use a superb umbrella when the skies were threatening, which was a nice touch. Our bed was huge and comfortable. The room had all of the amenities you would expect, and more. The bathroom was clean, large, and well-stocked. The free wi-fi was fast and easy to access. We had a room in the back of the hotel, facing a courtyard. We heard absolutely no noise despite our being in the middle of Durham. We were amazed at how quiet it was in the hotel, especially in our room.”
