“When we first entered the hotel, the minimalist design seemed a bit cold and off putting. We did, however, quickly change our mind. The staff were incredibly helpful. The room was large and the location turned out to be better than expected. Some of the S lines were down due to construction and we were able to walk to most signts and take the U2 line right outside the hotel. We got a FABULOUS deal through 1800 hotels that made the hotel very affordable and breakfast was included. The breakfast was so large that we skipped lunch most days and treated ourselves to a nice dinner. Minor complaint about the shower water pressure - but I complain about that at almost every hotel. Also, we found the hotel difficult to find when returning to Potsdamer Platz each day. That was probably our bad sense of direction but the layout of Potsdamer Platz was a bit confusing. Also, no free internet access in your room and you were charged an exorbitant fee. There was free access in the lobby but you couldn't use your own computer. It was, however, a great five night stay.”
