“The very warm welcome at the front steps was repeated at reception by enthusiastic, smiling, positive and professional staff. Our accommodation is generously sized. It has three separate areas - bedroom with balcony overlooking the city, sitting area and large bathroom. The adjustable bed was comfortable and the double glazed windows with lots of curtaining and blinds guaranteed that street noise did not intrude.Breakfast was generous, high quality, varied and very welcome. It was served in a light-filled, marble-floored and glass-walled elegant area by more committed and smiling staff - always cheerful generous with their assistance.”
