“The staff was excellent and the breakfast was terrific. My daughter and I had dinner in the hotel, too -- and while the menu wasn't extensive, the food was very good. Our room was different than anything we've ever experienced before .. with the bathroom right behind the bed and in the middle of the bedroom. The hotel is well located in Hood River and we were able to walk to all the sights we wanted to see.”

The staff of Sunset Motel Hood River are great and provides wonderful fresh breakfasts of pancakes, fruits, meats, cheeses, pastries, cereals and others. Newly remodeled, completely nonsmoking, and conveniently located just west of downtown with easy access to windsurfing, wineries, Full Sail brewery, golf courses, art galleries, shopping, and a variety of outdoor activities. The Sunset Motel, a Magnuson Hotels affiliate, offers comfortable accommodations with a solid commitment to customer service. Accommodations include views of Mt. Baker, free wireless internet, cable TV, microwave, minifridge, coffeemaker, iron and board, and free morning coffee. Pets are welcome in select rooms for 15USD per pet, per night. Please indicate at time of reservation if traveling with pets. The Hotel is centrally located near to the main places of the city.
