“Hostal Rio De Castro Barcelona is a great location for reaching the Las Ramblas and City Center. The hotel is beautifully renovated with a lovely sitting room off the lobby, spacious bedrooms, comfortable bedding, and perfectly appointed bath including a great rain shower. It served as an oasis after a full day of touring and its staff could not be more accommodating. What a wonderful place to stay…we will be back!”

The design of Hostal Rio De Castro Barcelona combines the ancient elements and dark warm colours, which make you feel the smell of old times. This family-run hotel was built in 1967 and completely renewed in 2007. It is located in the heart of the city on Avda Parallel and some minutes walk from Feria de Barcelona.

Great location - walking distance to shops, friendly restaurants plus grocery and laundry, easy to travel by bus, subway to major tourist attractions.

The hostel contains 16 double rooms with contemporary interior. They feature air-conditioning, TVs, Wi-Fi and private bathrooms.

A continental breakfast is available each morning.
