“Great hotel. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Free buffet and free cold drinks are a great idea. The hotel staff provided room service breakfast, birthday cake for my husband for very little cash. Location is great, just off Uffizi and close to the excellent Santa Croce. Rooms all face a garden so are incredibly quiet and an external shutter blind means that they are really dark too. Would love to return.”
