The four-star hotel Carrobbio, with 56 lovely bedrooms, of which four have large terraces-balconies and two have private gardens is located on the Via Medici in the Roman and medieval part of the city, close to the Duomo and the financial center, on a quiet corner. The Hotel Carrobbio is one of the Bertolio Hotels and was designed by Marco Piva, a young and famous Milanese architect, who wanted to unite the two structures, incorporating wood, marble, fabrics, the warmth and refinement of a house with strong influences from the 30�s.The reception is situated between the two buildings. The salotto Medici is the heart of the hotel, with red leather armchairs and Zebrano wood, where one can taste an 'aperitivo' of the house, accompanied with a rich buffet. The Foyer has one of the warmest ambiences in the hotel Carrobbio. The breakfast room offers a large choice of typical italian and international products.The "IL Magnifico" meeting room can accommodate up to 35 people; the lo Sforza meeting room can accommodate up to 15 people; the Junior Deco meeting room can hold up to 5 people, its particular attraction is the Metropolitan adjacent rooms. This enables the client to receive visitors and to use this room for business as if it was a work office.The suites all look out onto either Via Medici or the internal 'corte'. On the top floor the penthouses have a terrace that look out over roofs of the Milano Romana. All of the bathrooms of the suites have been renovated in different colors of marble and feature Jacuzzi baths. The rooms are so beautiful, and the bed is amazing.
