“...The architecture, the staff, the location, the food, the room are all beyond five stars... Ipod, computer, speakers, flat screen TV, large bed, rain shower and a view of Melbourne Aquarium were just a few of the treats of this hotel. They have a roof top where you see the roofs and spires of Melbourne. The garden has three levels and again you see the views of Melbourne. The music concierge's knowledge and assistance was outstanding. They also have an extensive music library for everyone's taste in music. The front desk and bell man were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, fresh and gourmet. WOW. THIS HOTEL IS OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY....”
