“We were so pleased with our stay at Best Western Hotel Capitol! Our room was spacious and reasonably priced. The location is subperb, tucked right under the castle, making for just a short walk up to Santa Croce or Bargello to Uffizi. The service was excellent, even with a language barrier; everyone we dealt with tried their very best to accommodate our wishes from providing information on tours to making sure we had an early-morning taxi to get us to the train station. Internet service is conveniently provided free of charge either via wireless or through their in-house business office computers. We recommend Best Western Hotel Capitol for your Florence stay!”
