“This was the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed at. We stayed on the club floor, and you can see from the pictures--it is very sleek and modern. The bed was very slightly hard, but provided a comfortable night's sleep. It was the most comfortable bed I've slept in Europe so far. The bathroom was just the coolest. The bathtub and shower were enclosed by a glass door. There was also a TV monitor in the bathroom that was connected from the TV in the main area. Service was excellent during the stay. Housekeeping was prompt and cleaned the room while I was in the gym for an hour in the morning. The staff serving the club floor private lounge were all very kind and provided outstanding, friendly service. Besides breakfast, they served cakes and snacks during the day, and some appetizers/wine in the evening. Sebastian, the evening concierge in the main lobby, was also excellent and provided great dining recommendations each night we were there. The rooftop hotel gym and pool were great facilities and offered beautiful views of the city. This is a great area, convenient to all tourist attractions and the S and U-bahn. It is right near a shopping mall, casino, and near plenty of restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.”
