“ThIs is the second time we have stayed at this wonderful Hotel and we would not consider staying anywhere else. We had a wonderful comfortable room overlooking Museum of Sydney. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was spotless. Breakfast lovely. Nice roof terrace.Towels changed regularly. Comfortable Beds. Quality TV. Everything we could wish for to make our stay a pleasant one. The Hotel really is an Oasis of Calm in this bustling city And "Thank You" Sir Stamford At Circular Quay staff for changing our booking when our planned April Holiday was cancelled because of the Ash Cloud.”

The location of Sir Stamford At Circular Quay is very nice, just 5 minutes from the center and very close to all the museums. Voted Number One Hotel in Australia on the Conde Nast Traveller Gold List for 2001, located in historic Macquarie Street, minutes away from Circular Quay, Sydney Harbour and the Opera House. The Hotel has 105 luxury guest rooms, including 14 suites, the majority with French Doors opening on to Juliette Balconies. The Hotel also features an elegant Dining Room, a popular bar with an open fireplace, heated outdoor pool and sundeck. Located in the heart of the central business district, minutes away from Sydney's premier attractions, the Sydney Opera House, the Royal Botanic Gardens, and the historic Rocks Area. A short stroll to Sydney Harbour, a ferry ride to the home of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, a few minutes walk to Sydney's central transport system and walking distance from premier restaurants and theater district. Rooms large and well furnished, you will have good sleep there.
