“This contemporary hotel is in the ideal location of Washington, just off Farragut Square and White House. We had limited time in Washington and the hotel lent us bicycles which allowed us to see much more in the day than we could have on foot. The room was small, but clean and the breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful.”

The staff of The Hay-Adams is kind, helpful and very attentive to details. The Hay-Adams is just walking distance from many of Washington D.C. landmarks, and is the perfect place for both leisure and business travelers alike. Originally designed in the 1920s as a residential hotel, the Hay-Adams has always preserved the ambiance of a distinguished private home on Lafayette Square. The hotel features guestrooms, some with views of Lafayette Park and the White House, that combine heritage and luxury with contemporary comfort and technology. The hotel room is fantastic with a comfortable bed and large for room for european standards.
