One Aldwych is ideal for those who want to do shopping and explore the wonderful sights. Built in 1907 as a traditional Edwardian house One Aldwych was completely restored in 2003 and became one of the most charming and prestigious hotels in London. As a private property, owned by a CampbellGray Hotel chain, it provides extra quality service and accommodations. The hotel is designed by Charles Mewes and Arthur Davis with keeping its original facades and elements of décor. That’s why now the hotel is protected by English Heritage. According to UK Legislation the hotel is non-smoking in all public spaces except special smoking rooms available upon request. The key features of the hotel are a perfect location in the Covent Garden, luxurious and rich interior with original collection of arts and up-to-date facilities. The latter include contemporary meeting rooms for 30 persons and exclusive fitness centre with 18 metre swimming pool, 24-hour access gymnasium, steam and sauna rooms. This is a fabulous hotel and perfectly located across the road from a main subway.
