“We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Hacienda Vista Real. The rooms and location were great, but the service was amazing. The staff provided excellent restaurant recommendations, good directions, and were always friendly and helpful. We stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. The staff found a box of chocolates that our daughters had left behind, and returned it to us with our luggage--first-rate customer service from start to finish. We will definitely visit Playa del Carmen again and stay at Hacienda Vista Real.”

The location of Hacienda Vista Real is pretty good and everything in fairly easy walking distance. Luxury Resort at it's Best
