“This is a lovely hotel! Location is really excellent, close to everything but tucked away in a quieter corner protected from all the tourist action (hard to find unless you follow scrupulously the directions on the hotel's website). Service is really friendly, excellent really. Rooms are very large, certainly by Ghent standards, and very clean. Overall, highly recommend it!”

Hotel staff and cleaning staff are nice. Ghent River Hotel is situated right on the bank of Leie, which beaconed the Ghent border between the 11th and 15th century.

The Ghent River Hotel is a stylish building in Ancient Pierre, situated in the middle of the town centre at the Fridaymarket. Our restaurant 'Panoramic' is open every day. Ghent River Hotel is the only hotel which can be reached by boat.
