“As busy as Katowice was at this time of year, we had service above and beyond usual from the staff. He helped us with bus schedules and how to get around, plus almost every morning at the little cafe he would sit and visit with us at breakfast. We really appreciated his help and would definitely stay there again when we get the opportunity to visit Katowice.”
