“Stayed at Intercontinental Shanghai Expo as first time visitor to Shanghai. It is centrally located and easy walking to see the city. The staff was outstanding. Multilingual, gracious, courteous, friendly, and made you feel most welcome. They helped problem solve questions and requests. Having drinks a nd snacks available is a great idea as you are often fatigued after several hours of sightseeing. The outdoor terrace overlooking the city is relaxing. The rooms are utilitarian yet zen like in quality.Would recommend highly to all age visitors.”
