“We stayed here for 3 days in May 2010. The inkeeper was excellent! He provided us with maps, tram tickets and suggestions for sights and places to eat. It was my birthday and a cake with champagne was delivered to my room. This residence is in a great location, close to tram stops and sights. It is also inexpensive and the rooms are quaint and clean. The personal touches that he provides were the reason we would heartily recommend this place to anyone staying in San Francisco. He was wonderful!”
