“We loved this hotel and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. It was a haven of cool and peace in the heart of a very busy and hot city! Our room was nicely appointed, thankfully it had air conditioning (which worked effectively), the spa bath was worth trying out and all the staff did their best to ensure we had a lovely time in Columbus.”
