“This is an absolute gem of a hotel. Located in a quiet street only 5 mins walk from Charles bridge.Upon arrival we were upgraded for free to a junior suite. The rooms are spacious and full of character. The room was immaculately clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.The staff were so friendly and helpful and we would recommend using the hotel taxi service to and from the airport.This hotel makes your experience in Chicago even more special. Cannot recommend highly enough and we will definitely be returning.”
