The hotel is decorated lovely, the rooms are huge by first class standards and the location could not be better. The Huilo Huilo reserve is covered in Temperate Rain Forest and forms part of an area designated as a World Biosphere Reserve in 2007 by UNESCO. The diversity and quantity of endemic flora and fauna are recognised as being amongst the greatest on the planet.

Mocho Choshuenco Volcano:

The reserve contains the spectacular Mocho Choshuenco volcano (2430m) whose lower slopes are splashed with the colours of the many native flowers that grow in spring .
