“I booked this after reading other positive reviews and cannot disagree with any of them. Nothing was too much trouble, staff had a genuine desire to help and pass on his knowledge of the city.The apartment I had was very comfortable and kept cool enough on hot days despite having no air-con. Hotel Rubinstein offers pleasant service and modern equipments. This charming first class hotel is in a 15th century building, deep in the heart of Kazimierz, Krakow's picturesque historic jewish area. Named after Helena Rubinstein is a 15th century tenement located in the hart of historical Kazimierz, a few minutes walk from the Old Synagogue, Wawel Castle and the main market square.The seven-story building offers 22 rooms and five suites. The highest story is location to the recreation center and observation deck. The Restaurant offers dishes from all over the world, prepared according to the traditional recipes. The “Winoteka” offers plenty of quality wines, while two conference rooms and beautiful cellar invite gourmet lovers and connoiseurs. The hotel is very nice and makes a nice first impression, staff very friendly and helpful as would be expected.
