“We must have found Doubletree By Hilton Milan through tripadvisor and it was a great decision. First, the location is perfect. We didn't realize just how big Milan is, but it is an easy city to navigate. We could walk to most sites and the three day Milan pass made it easy to climb on a tram, bus or the underground when needed. The rooms are modern and are spacious. The shower with the overhead nozzle was a luxurious treat, they also have a hand held nozzle if needed. The buffet breakfast is additional, but it is really worth it. We couldn't resist going all three days we were there because of all the choices. We actually thought the value worked out because it was substantial enough that we never went to lunch on any of the days. About 3 or 4 pm, we would need a snack, but that is no problem with all the beautiful pastry shops to stop for a pastry and coffee to revive you. The staff was particulary attentive, friendly and helpful . We were also impressed with the services they offer for a mid size hotel. We would definitely return.”
