We loved everything: the staff was very welcoming and courteous, the bedroom well appointed with incredibly comfortable bed and lovely bedlinen, the common room elegant but not pretentious: it looked more like the private residence of a (very, very wealthy) friend than a hotel. The location of Vincci Barcelona Maritimo Hotel is very close to the fashion and museum district and walking distance to the main part of town. Modern hotel built in 2003 by famous architects Alonso & Balaguer in avant-garde style. The hotel is popular among travellers due to its good location and received the certification "Q" (Tourist Quality). Its facilities are parking garage, a garden, 24-hour desk, a safe, currency exchange, laundry and room services. There are 3 meeting rooms accommodating up to 190 persons with Internet access, computer rentals and secretarial services. The hotel also has a cocktail lounge with free daily newspapers. The rooms are perfect with wonderful views overlooking the river, the receptionists, concierges, cleaners and waiting staff are so polite.
