“Excelsior Copacabana has to be the best hotel in Rio de Janeiro. Food is fantastic, so stay half board. Just a little out of town, but has shuttle bus. Reception, restaurant, indeed all staff, are just lovely. You feel like you are in a family and are important to them. Front & side rooms have fab views over bay, rear rooms and garden. Can't recomend highly enough!”
